🔧 Your Role
* Prepare planning applications, appeals, and Environmental Impact Assessments.
* Support policy appraisals and development management tasks.
* Undertake site appraisals and provide strategic planning advice.
* Manage client relationships and liaise with local authorities.
* Keep up to date with NPPF and local planning policy changes.
* Contribute to business development and represent the company at events.
📋 What You’ll Need
* Degree in Town Planning or related field.
* Project management experience and client liaison skills.
* MRTPI qualification preferred, but support provided if required.
* Full UK driving licence & car (preferred but not essential).
💼 What You’ll Get
* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000.
* Bonus: £3,000 – £5,000 per year.
