Role Based in Kinmel, North Wales, your role will be to support the People Partner and Leadership Team by implementing People strategies that align with business objectives. The Junior People Partner will provide tactical support in ay-to-day HR activities while also contributing to larger strategic HR initiatives of strategic priorities whilst partnering with Managers to build capability. Responsibilities Support the People added value, transactional, ethical and compliance agenda/activity to ensure the required standards are achieved. Provide developmental support, coaching and direction to line managers to ensure colleagues perform to expected results, and that clear guidance is given on approaches to building capability. Govern all relevant HR systems to ensure accuracy of information that meets the needs of the business and audit requirements including time and attendance. Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity within HRIS platforms. Acting as the first point of contact for managers, providing expert advice on all stages of the colleague lifecycle and associated policies, procedures and employment law. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR metrics such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and HR project progress. End-to-end ownership, with the line manager, of disciplinaries, grievances and absences management. By providing employee relations advice, coaching and guidance to line managers on all low to medium risk employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries and absence management Engage with all relevant trade unions or colleague representatives on matters relating to Terms and Conditions, negotiations and general consultations.
