🎯 What You'll Be Doing?
* Partnering with stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.
* Defining and refining UX specifications, balancing functionality with user expectations.
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.
* Advocating for user-centric design principles, driving a culture of UX excellence.
* Maintaining and enhancing the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
* Evaluating and refining UX implementations to optimize usability and engagement.
* Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.
✅ Experience Required:
* 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
* Strong UX research & facilitation skills, including user journey mapping & usability testing.
* Advanced interaction & visual design skills, with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
* A creative, user-focused approach, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
* Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.
* Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, able to advocate for design decisions persuasively.
* Experience collaborating closely with developers, with an awareness of technical considerations.
* Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
