An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager within Acute Care Group, Unplanned Care Division.
We are looking for a Service Manager with a positive mindset who motivates and drives their teams forward with inspiration.
They will display outstanding management skills and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will be proactive and have the ability to motivate others, inspire ideas and foster supportive diverse teams. They will be able to display effective problem solving and decision-making skills in a pressured environment.

Main duties of the job
The service manager will assist the Head of Operations in meeting the Trust’s strategic and operational agenda.
They will oversee day to day service management issues, liaising with departments and multi-disciplinary teams as required.
To deputise for the Head of Operations as required. The role requires an individual with a relevant professional qualification and experience in the management of people and services.
They will promote the service and manage partnership relations with stakeholders working with other Service and Operational Managers.
To plan and oversee the implementation of the service improvement and delivery of service performance across all domains.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards and contractual requirements ensuring regular reporting to all relevant stakeholder groups.
