Restaurant Size: 250 covers
Daily Covers: up to 350
Contracted Hours: 48, with set days off
Brigade size : 6 sushi chefs.
Report to : Executive chef.
Group size : 2 Sites.

I am working with one of Londons coolest brands in all day dining and Japanese : South American fusion. We are on the hunt for a super talented Head Omakase Sushi Chef to work in the private dining restaurant.
There will be an intimate private dining space that can seat 6 guests and will be served by 2 chefs through the experience for 2 seating per day Tuesday to Saturday.
This would suit a Head Sushi chef / Omakase Chef from a premium restaurant background, longevity in roles, good BOH management and experience in high quality sushi. Omakase experience will be a big plus.
