Technical Operators required for a Food Manufacturing Business in Telford, Shropshire

This is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotating 12 hour days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and eventually rising to just over £41,000 per annum once fully trained.
Please be advised that the interview process is a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage being a numeracy and literacy assessment.
What You Will Do:
1. Operate process equipment to the company's high standards, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
2. Perform start-ups, changeovers, and liaise with development teams to improve standards.
3. Maintain accurate records, completing gap analysis to enhance operational effectiveness.
4. Uphold observable standards for the production line, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
5. Support the training of fellow process staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
6. Take on additional duties and projects, contributing to the overall success of the production team.
