As a Sales Advisor within our LKQ Digraph branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with trade customers on a regular basis both in person in the branch and over the phone, aiming to win new business and cement relationships with existing trade customers ultimately delivering on our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
2. Become an expert in LKQ Digraph product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor.
3. Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch, ensuring that customer needs are met.
4. Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
5. Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand our products and be one step ahead of customer needs.
6. Collaborate with the Warehouse team to understand customer returns and work to reduce our return rate by building better relationships with our customers.
7. Utilise relevant business data to understand opportunities across all customer bands and product groups.
Skills and Experience
1. Great communication skills demonstrating the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
2. High levels of focus, energy, and drive.
3. Good business acumen.
4. Always delivering best-in-class service to establish customer experience excellence.
5. Commercial Parts Experience preferable.
