Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages with a specialism in French to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French to Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, ensuring they achieve their full potential in language learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective French lessons to KS4 students.
• Develop and implement schemes of work in line with the MFL curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL department and contribute to the school's overall success.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support the broader educational experience.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching French at KS4 level.
• Strong knowledge of the MFL curriculum and effective pedagogical practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
