Our service user is a happy-go-lucky young male, in his late teens. Hes a social butterfly who thrives on interacting with people, enjoys lots of cuddles and loves being out and about, enjoying trips in his adapted van with his care team. He also likes attending school, going swimming and especially loves shopping. At home, he is happy engaging in sensory based activities, watching his favourite TV shows and listening to a wide range of music. He is unable to mobilise independently and uses a wheelchair for mobility when accessing the community. He loves being outside and being pushed in his wheelchair Your role? To support him to access the activities he enjoys, whilst delivering essential daily care, carrying out regular observations and always ensuring his comfort and safety. Pay Rates: £13.00 - £17.00 per hour Approx. £156.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour day shift) Approx. £1365.50 - £178.50 (per 10.5 hour night shift Shifts Available: Part Time Days Weekday - 3:30pm to 8:00pm Weekend - 8:00am to 8:00pm Part Time Nights 10:00pm to 08:30am Essential Experience: 3 months previous care experience Medication administration Personal care Moving and handling Clear Communication This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on our service users life.
