I am seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a cluster of supported living clients and a handful of outreach services within Market Drayton and Whitchurch. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage supported living and outreach services. Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality care. Develop and implement personalised support plans. Promote and implement positive behaviour support. Network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure compliance with sector regulations and best practices. Share on-call responsibilities.Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Proven experience as a senior/team leader. Confident, knowledgeable, and competent within CQC policies and procedures. Excellent IT skills. Significant experience in positive behaviour support.
