Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all aspects of commercial costs on construction projects
* Taking the commercial lead on this £70 million project leading the commercial project team
* Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure best price
* Updating the client on project deliverables
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are met
* Delivering monthly CVR reports on financial performance
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with project experience in high-rise, student accommodation or BTR
* Strong knowledge of cost management and procurement processes from a tier 1 contractor or project experience of running schemes £50 million+
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
