Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience while supporting students in various ways, including:
* Assisting teachers in creating engaging, supportive, and structured learning environments.
* Working one-on-one or with small groups, helping students with activities both in the classroom and in the community.
* Supporting with off-site activities like visits to leisure centres or local shops, helping students build life skills.
* Encouraging teamwork and positive attitudes by facilitating shared ideas and activities amongst students.
