Job Title: Project Manager - Multi-disciplinary Services
Location: Basildon
Salary: £55,000 and £70,000 per annum.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with proven experience in overseeing a diverse range of projects within the commercial building sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to maintenance, remedial works, fire stopping, waterproofing, and other building fabric services.
2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Allocate resources effectively and manage subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
7. Prepare project reports and documentation, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in project management within the commercial building sector, with a focus on maintenance, remedial works, and related services.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build effective working relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
5. Sound understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
7. Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field are desirable.
