Description Data Analyst We are looking for a Data Analyst to join us as we are adopting a data products approach to serving the data needs of the business and scaling our data ecosystem to enable the next generation of data-driven decisions at Funding Circle. You will join a cross-functional Analytics Excellence team, part of our “Tech and Data” organisation. The self-service analytics team is a group of analytics engineers and Data analysts from diverse backgrounds who leverage the latest technologies to build robust and user-friendly infrastructure and data sets to self-serve for non-coding Circlers. The role We’re looking for someone with a passion for driving data maturity through self-service analytics. You enjoy collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, gather requirements and to help and train them on our self-service analytics platform such as Tableau. Promote a self service analytics approach to data & analytics. Help define KPIs and metrics to measure performance for the different product domains. Set up training for non-coding Circlers to enable them to build reports & dashboards. Help define and build “one source of truth” for business KPIs and metrics. Be an advocate for the use of analytics best practices. Help support data culture initiatives to grow data maturity at Funding Circle. Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day role.
