Our client is a large Manufacturing company with approx 100 employees onsite in Huddersfield.
Job Description
* Partner with the Directors
* Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
* Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
* Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
* Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Management and development of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
* HR Administration including contracts of employment
* Experience in Recruitment and Training
