We are now looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join us at Greenhill Manor, leading our Clinical Team with passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Your Role as Clinical Services Manager
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the Clinical Team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care. You will oversee clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance, while also providing hands-on support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Clinical Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Ensure the delivery of high standards of care, in line with CIW RISCA regulations and company policies.
Oversee safeguarding procedures, ensuring best practices are followed in line with Welsh legislation.
Provide hands-on support by working on the communities as required, including night shifts and night visits.
Promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, families, and regulatory bodies.
Support the training and professional development of team members, ensuring clinical competency and high-quality care.
Align clinical priorities with organisational objectives, emphasising resident experience, safety, and sustainability.
What We Are Looking For
Registered Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum two years of experience in a leadership or management role within a care home environment.
Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification or working towards achieving this.
Current registration with Social Care Wales (SCW).
In-depth knowledge of CIW RISCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of the safeguarding process in Wales.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts and night visits, as required.
Hands-on approach, willing to work within the communities to support staff and residents.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Health & Safety qualification (desirable).
