Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In addition, our pay philosophy is to align with the median of the comparable market and to be considerate of internal equity comparisons.

What you'll be doing...
BC Transit’s Infrastructure Planning & Projects Department is looking for a Capital Project Analyst to jump in, create efficiencies and promote the effectiveness of their team’s overall project execution. Your proven experience with business case development and financial analysis skills will be a huge asset!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop project documentation including business cases, funding requests, project charters and project amendments;
* Maintain project information including project financials, funding sources, fund receivables and scheduled milestones;
* Manage the tracking of complex and multiple funding sources and cashflow spending for ongoing multi-partnered capital projects;
* Support Project managers regarding their project management processes, budget/schedule change procedures and administrative requirements.
