Since inception, the Montezuma brand has pioneered the concept of ethical chocolate in the UK and collected thousands of enthusiastic customers. The company is now implementing phase 2 of it's brand expansion, both in the UK and on a global stage, in a manner that sustains brand values whilst ensuring the brand presence delivers commercial optimization.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (possibly hybrid) role for a Commercial Director located in Chichester. The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial business planning and commercial management ensuring that NPD and sales strategies' are commercially maximized and aligned.
Qualifications
* Experience in Business Planning and Commercial Management within a brand environment are essential
* Experience of brand collaboration and brand licensing with 3rd parties
* Brand sales expansion and strong personal sales skills essential.
* Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions
* Ability to think 'differently' and produce disruptive commercial opportunities
* Strong understanding of NPD with an imagination that allows grass route product input
* Personable, yet strong in character, ready to listen to others in achieving an optimum result
