Job Description
1. Responding to customer complaints
2. Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team
3. Updating customer information in the company database
4. Providing information about new and existing products and services
5. Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
6. Making sales and processing payments when necessary
7. Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience with customer service
2. Can handle a high volume of inbound calls
3. Good administrative skills
4. Happy with 5 days in the office
