Receptionist (with Private PA duties) - Medical
* £30,000 - £35,000 per year
We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and personable Receptionist to provide dedicated support within a prestigious private medical clinic.
The role of Receptionist:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and guests, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
* Answer and manage incoming phone calls with discretion and professionalism.
* Prepare and serve teas, coffees, and refreshments as required.
* Undertake a range of private PA duties, including but not limited to:
o Booking travel and holiday arrangements.
o Managing utility bills, car insurance, and rental property requirements.
o Handling ad-hoc personal tasks as needed.
* Format and proofread letters with attention to detail.
* Schedule and manage appointments for the clinic and the Consultant.
* Administer and issue patient prescriptions accurately.
* Follow up to ensure all necessary forms are completed and submitted promptly.
* Prepare and send referral letters in a timely manner.
The ideal Receptionist:
* Proven experience in a personal assistant role, ideally within a private medical or healthcare setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage varied responsibilities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting both personal and clinic-related tasks.
