Project Manager – Operational Excellence and Property Strategy
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to drive a major operational and property strategy initiative across the UK. This role will ensure operational excellence in people, products, and processes by addressing strategic questions around asset deployment, property planning, recruitment, training, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of a UK-wide Property Strategy, aligning asset location, storage, and utilisation to maximise efficiency before new purchases are made.
2. Analyse asset deployment opportunities to ensure optimal utilisation and geographic positioning for rapid deployment.
3. Design and define an integrated approach to ensure equipment is available where and when required, with storage solutions aligned to service needs.
4. Define the competency frameworks for new recruits, identifying skills gaps and training needs to support future service delivery requirements.
5. Determine the strategic location of training academies, ensuring alignment with the wider property strategy and operational demands.
6. Develop and implement a process to monitor new recruits' progress, ensuring they meet required performance standards efficiently.
