Full-Time Property Litigation Lawyer Newcastle Upon Tyne area
Samuels Solicitors LLP have an exciting opportunity for a full-time (although part-time may be considered) professional and client-focussed property litigation lawyer to join our expanding team. We are a firm with an appetite for growth with two well-established regional offices. This post will require you to initially work remotely from home in the Newcastle area, with a view to progression to hybrid working in that vicinity in the very near future.
What you can offer:
We are looking for someone with a solid knowledge of litigation, with a particular interest in building disputes, housing disrepair, landlord and tenant, neighbour and boundary disputes. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with good advising skills and the confidence to deal with urgent matters under pressure.
You will be able to build relationships with clients, agents and others and ensure that client needs are met. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
We will expect you to be comfortable working as part of the wider litigation team and also independently building your own caseload. You will be an excellent communicator and have 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience.

Salary £38,000 - £45,000
