Position Details • To ensure the safe and uninterrupted running of all plant, equipment and services both productive and non-productive, using both planned and breakdown maintenance; • Interrogation of SCADA system to diagnose faults and facilitate repairs. • Utilise Maintenance Management System(s) to carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical work. • To communicate with internal customers and external suppliers to obtain technical guidance to carry out repairs and plant improvements. • Contribute to and develop department and HSE systems. • Installation of plant and equipment; • Identify and action process and plant improvements. • Assist with electrical and mechanical maintenance activities where required; • Calibration of instrumentation; (e.g. Temperature, Pressure) • Adopt and maintain good engineering and housekeeping practices; · This role is predominantly electrical and instrumentation biased with some mechanical capabilities also being required. Candidate Requirements · HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a fully completed apprenticeship · Electrical control and instrumentation experience including EC&I Systems and SCADA · Must have a basic mechanical understand and Knowledge
