At Jubilee Hospitality, we are looking for a Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant.
The suited candidate will work as part of the Oxford team, liaising with our hospitality clients, recruiting, and organizing staff for events.
As a Hospitality & Events Recruiter, you will earn £23K-£25K basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission.
This could be perfect for someone who has supervisory or managerial experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Contract Catering, and Events.
Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant in Oxford Highlights:
1. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a successful recruiter within a well-established team.
2. Base salary of around £25,000 + uncapped bonus.
3. Realistic earnings can be anywhere between £35,000 to £60,000 once fully established.
4. Monday to Friday Office Hours.
5. Occasional on-call hours - on average 1 week every 2 months on a rota basis.
6. Working within a company that has 20 years of history supporting hospitality clients across the UK.
7. Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) + approx. 5 additional days per year for on-call time back.
Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant, Required Skills & Experience:
Jubilee Hospitality is looking for a candidate with a real passion for the Hospitality & Events industry. Successful candidates will have experience at supervisory or managerial level within the Hospitality industry. Successful Recruitment Consultant will require a driving licence and their own transport.
