Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of care management, particularly in the areas of dementia care and medication administration. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive high-quality care while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

1. Manage the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
3. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for residents, tailoring services to meet their unique needs.
