Job Description:
Fiontar Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our operations and advisory teams. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and accuracy of EHS documentation before it is sent to our clients. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of communication and documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews and quality control checks on documentation prepared by EHS Advisors, ensuring all reports, assessments, and communications meet our internal quality standards before client submission.
* Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with all aspects of health and safety administration, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Document Management: Ensure all EHS documents are accurately filed, stored, and easily accessible as per company standards.
* Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, audits, and compliance documentation.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the operations team and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication in written and spoken English.
* Support: Provide additional administrative support to the EHS team as required, ensuring smooth operations and effective client service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum secondary education required
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience in health and safety, is desirable but not essential.
* Skills:
* Fluency in English (essential): Must have excellent written and spoken English for clear and accurate communication.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent organisational and file management skills.
