Salary: £27,238 - £45,109 (Pro rata salary £10,895 - £18,044). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the Role
We require an SLDD teacher who will work with individuals with physical disabilities, multi-sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, mild to complex learning difficulties, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health needs or a combination of the above.
The successful candidate will use specialist skills, equipment and facilities to assess student’s individual learning needs and develop and adapt teaching methods to allow learners to achieve from Entry Level 1 to Level 1. Learners will be encouraged to make progress within the Preparing for Adulthood pathways to support lifelong learning. The role requires liaising with parents, carers and other professions, attending statutory annual reviews and participating in Education Health and Care (EHC) plans to monitor and support learner progress.
