We offer you a world of potential The (Global) Intelligence Manager is a global role that supports businesses by providing market, customer and competitive intelligence that offers actionable insights, data analysis and valued ‘voice of the customer’ awareness to facilitate and drive effective outcomes for the business. This role works collaboratively with business stakeholders, marketing and sales teams to inform strategic decision-making—including insights into the market, customers, competitors and marketing effectiveness. You'll delve deep into customer and market data, uncovering valuable insights that will shape our future. Your responsibilities will include: Understanding Our Customers: Conducting in-depth market research, primarily surveys and potentially interviews, to gain a deep understanding of our customers, end users and staff experiences, needs and preferences. Unravelling Market Trends: Undertaking desk research to evaluate our competitors, identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks as well as producing a weekly market news newsletter for internal staff Building a Data-Driven Culture: Developing and implementing robust data collection and analysis processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Communicating Insights: Translating complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations, empowering key stakeholders to make informed decisions. Driving Strategic Growth: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market insights with business objectives and inform strategic initiatives like product development and marketing campaigns. Optimizing Processes: Continuously refining our market research methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Managing Projects: Overseeing market research projects, from vendor selection to data analysis, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. What will you bring to the role? To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. We're looking for someone with: A Strong Academic Foundation: A relevant degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field. Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in consumer/market research or data management. A Keen Eye for Data: Proficiency in data analysis tools - Excel is essential and other tools such as SQL and statistical software would be beneficial. A Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Project Management Prowess: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. A Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively across time zones with global cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
