This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sports and fashion, and who thrives on shaping how a brand is seen by the world. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying key consumer trends, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within the marketing team and work alongside colleagues from different departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities In The Position of Brand Manager
Spearheading the development of the brand's marketing strategies to align with company goals
Leading the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materials
Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
Taking full responsibility for the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioning
Acting as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departments
Leading the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launches
Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaigns
Managing marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals
What You Need to Bring:
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketing
Solid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
Previous experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working cross-functionally
Experience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns from start to finish
