Bio-Rad Field Service Engineer Role
Responsible for supporting Bio-Rad products & customers across the UK, primarily in Leicester and the Midlands (M1 Corridor).

Role Responsibilities:
* Repair customer instruments to ensure optimal support tailored to customer needs.
* Install, train (after gaining sufficient skills and experience), service, and repair company products at customer sites and in the service centre.
* Accurately administer service records and escalate issues to 2nd level support when necessary.
* Support customers in maintaining effective equipment operation.
* Collaborate with a high-functioning team including Service Admin and Technical Support.
This field-based role mainly covers Leicester and the Midlands, with potential support in other UK regions, including overnight stays.

* Manage time effectively and communicate clearly to succeed.
What You Bring:
* Electronic Engineering Diploma or equivalent, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
* Experience in a customer-facing environment; technical experience in diagnostic markets is advantageous.
* Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in computer hardware and software, including PC systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, especially for training, technical updates, and manuals.
