We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at our Hillington Park, Glasgow office. In this key role, you will play an essential part in keeping our operations running smoothly while supporting our team and enhancing our workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Ensure a well-organised, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
* Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support office activities.
* Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a high level of service.
* Communication: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records, assist with reports, and manage CRM entries.
* Team Support: Work closely with the Sales Team to help maintain our exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous office administration or customer service experience.
* Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Intelliflo Office) is desirable.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
* Finance Knowledge: A basic understanding of financial services would be a plus!
