Pacific Radiology is a private company that is proudly New Zealand owned and operated. We are focused on providing our patients with world-class imaging, reporting, and contract services.
In this role your workday will include:
1. Welcoming callers in a timely manner while determining and fulfilling their needs.
2. Providing clear information regarding imaging appointments, preparation instructions, and pricing.
3. Liaising with clinical teams to ensure the correct procedure for the patient is booked.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Great people skills and empathy to meet patient and referrer needs.
2. Amazing customer service.
3. Great teamwork.
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Competent in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new computer systems.
