Our NCAP level 4 Top performing EI team is looking for a motivated and experienced member of staff to join our team. The service works to support those experiencing a first episode of psychosis to recover and live full and productive lives, targeting the critical period when someone first becomes unwell, in order to have the greatest possible impact on their lives. We are looking for a clinical lead to join our leadership team, in order to support maintaining service quality, safe working practices and driving the service forward. To work alongside the Team Manager in delivering a high quality Early Intervention in Psychosis service for the people of Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire. To provide clinical leadership, also providing management support, and deputising for the Team Manager in their absence. The post holder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary framework, providing training and staff development, clinical supervision and caseload management, specialist assessment, clinical support and time limited interventions to service users/families. The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly specialised communication skills and problem solving abilities when prioritising risk. The Clinical Lead will have a leadership focus on quality and governance at team level and ensure high service standards are maintained.
