*Learning & Design Manager* (Contract)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for extension)
Location: Crewe/Hybrid (3 days in office)
Rate: A highly competitive PAYE rate is available for suitable candidates
Role Overview
As the Learning & Design Manager, you will take ownership of our core Qualification Pathway-focusing on Technical, Commercial, or Product learning. You will design, develop, manage, and deliver blended learning solutions tailored to meet the training needs of our global Retailer network. Your expertise will ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent our Brand, understand our Processes, and master our Products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive brand engagement and effectively communicate our messaging through all training initiatives.
2. Produce and present compelling business cases for training interventions, fostering partnerships with expert suppliers.
3. Represent the Retailer Academy in senior forums, Retailer conferences, and training events, addressing objections and managing deviations.
4. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and Regional teams to confirm and align training and qualification plans.
5. Define, track, and manage the associated budget for training programmes.
