Evolve are partnering with a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team! This is a face-to-face field-based role generating sales through new business and account management based in the South East & South London area.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing market awareness of our client's products and driving new opportunities and sales in Opticians.

Ideal Requirements for a Business Development Manager
* Ideally have experience in the Optical market.
* Possess a life science, technical, or business degree.
* Understand and interpret substantial clinical information (disease and product) to interact comfortably with professional customers on a peer-to-peer level.
Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager
* Effectively position the client's Product Portfolio for customers from both a clinical and commercial perspective.
* Manage the promotional budget effectively to maximize the return on investment by ensuring value for money.
* Contribute to Key Account identification and tailor all account plans in line with the account strategy adopted for each account.
* Construct a personal development plan with significant guidance from the line manager and take personal accountability for implementing this plan.
