All about the role:
As a National Account Executive, you will be part of a team, driving profitable growth within the Contracts Channel. Your role will involve creating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring continuous growth across all accounts. You will report directly to the Channel Manager – Contracts.
What you'll do:
* Participate in the Integrated Business Planning process to drive forecast accuracy for designated accounts.
* Work closely with the Contracts team to deliver the account plan, collaborating across all departments to support customer development.
* Liaise with key internal stakeholders to deliver online excellence, focusing on our contracts portal.
* Audit account reports to drive profitable growth, using resources like Claimback reports and Sales in reports.
* Work as part of the wider Contracts team to ensure a joined-up approach to all commercial decisions.
* Prioritize your daily workload in a dynamic, fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
* Support the team with price list updates, especially around PIPO priorities.
* Work closely with trade and brand marketing to support promotional activities.
* Support the customer care journey for customer escalations.
* Support the general admin requirements for all accounts across the channel.
Qualifications:
* Experience working within a sales or customer service environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
* Good numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proactive and confident self-starter who can demonstrate initiative, with excellent communication skills.
* Takes ownership and accountability for performance.
* Proficient in MS Office, preferably at an intermediate level.
* Eager to learn and progress to a more senior sales position.
