Job Description
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration:
* Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow
* Develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component integration tests
* Understand the business needs and the needs to standardise processes, and build this into the design
* Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project
* Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required
* Expertise level programming skills
* Have line management responsibility for a number of ServiceNow developers
* Increase customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality consulting services on time and on budget
* Work with our technical architects to implement and deploy leading edge technologies to our customer base
* Identify opportunities to develop solutions for our customers
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to non-technical audiences
* Ability to address customer business requirements with effective solutions
* Ability to effectively estimate the effort required to deliver results and to correctly set customer expectations
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation with an expanding customer base. Candidate must be organised and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Advanced experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and preferable ITOM, CSM and HRSD
* Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
* Understanding and creating technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow
* An advanced understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
* System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies
* Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system including customising using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly and advance flows.
* Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
