Job Title: Private Client Partner
Salary: £110,000
Location: Kent
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a top 40 law firm who have shown exceptional, organic growth over the last 6 years. We are looking for a Private Client Partner to play a key role in the development of Private Client department.
Duties include:
Providing guidance on wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and probate matters of varying degrees of size and complexity
Administrating high-net-worth estates
Assisting with estate and tax planning
Setting up and managing trusts
Ensuring trustees fulfil their responsibilities and duties
Acting for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, property portfolio investors and clients who have inherited substantial amounts of money
The successful candidate will have/be:
A Partner specialising in Private Client matters
STEP qualified
Experience managing a team as well as managing a busy caseload of Private Client matters
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Package:
Circa £110,000
