As Partnerships Director, you will be the CEO of the management and consultancy product within Seahorse. Your mission will be to grow the exempt accommodation services, delivering top-tier management and consultancy to housing providers and local authorities across England. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by acquiring new partnerships in the Temporary Accommodation, Exempt Accommodation, and Shared Ownership sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, Local Authorities, Housing Providers, and Registered Providers. Negotiate profitable, long-term contracts while ensuring high-quality housing for vulnerable tenants. Develop and execute strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prepare marketing strategies, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
