Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
1. Scrutinise and transfer company data, records, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
2. Develop and adapt transferred information to meet the specific needs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
1. Work closely with contractors and service providers to manage the acquisition and export of critical data.
2. Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Project Support:
1. Assist in the development of project plans, monitoring progress, and reporting against key milestones.
2. Support the variation, novation, or development of agreements and contracts.
Documentation and Updates:
1. Maintain and update systems with all relevant information pertaining to company procedures, processes, and policies.
2. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for relevant stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate will need the following:
Technical Expertise:
1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Experience in data analytics and the ability to generate insightful reports.
Project Management Skills:
1. Strong organisational skills, particularly in planning and project environments.
2. A methodical approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge and Mindset:
1. Familiarity with utility operations (highly desirable but not essential).
2. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
Personal Attributes:
1. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm (Can be flexible)
Pay Rate: £14.90p/h (Weekly Pay)
