The In-Sync Project at Durham University is a groundbreaking initiative led by Professor Richard Crisp, dedicated to redefining employee relations through research in behavioural science, advanced psychometrics, and predictive AI. The project aims to grow a community that transforms how organisations engage with their employees, measure sentiment, and utilise data-driven insights for stronger workplace relationships.
Role Description
We are looking for between 15-20 companies to join our research project. The companies will enrol in a free beta-testing programme for the In-Sync platform, providing access to (a sample of) their employees, and providing feedback to the project team on usability, insights, value, and other metrics. Beta-testers will be fully supported by the In-Sync team, receive personalised insights on the employee sentiment data provided by the platform, and be eligible for discounted access to any future commercial application of the platform.
Requirements:
* Organisations based in the UK
* 50+ employees (In-Sync is designed to work with organisations ranging from SMEs through to multinational corporations)
* Situated either on one site or spread across multiple sites / working from home / remote employees (In-Sync is designed to cater for both a centralised and distributed workforce)
* Willing to work closely with the team at In-Sync giving feedback, suggestions and data access
* Organisations might have a specific challenge that the In-Sync process can help to address (culture, comms, budgets, etc)
