Key Responsibilities: Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates' Courts, and other criminal law proceedings. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of criminal law matters. Manage a caseload of criminal law cases independently, ensuring quality client service at every stage. Work on a rota basis for duty work, providing immediate legal assistance when required. Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team, contributing to the firm’s continued growth. Key Requirements: Qualified Duty Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. Strong experience in criminal law, police station representation, and Magistrates' Court advocacy. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and independently. Excellent client care skills, with a commitment to delivering practical and empathetic legal support.
