Logical Personnel Solutions are actively recruiting for an experienced account manager to join our expanding Logistics team based in Leeds City Centre.
Due to the rapid growth within our business, we are in need of a suitable candidate to fit into a busy environment and be a part of the ongoing growth within our Logistics team. We require all applicants to have experience within resourcing, recruitment, or administration.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Interviewing drivers and going through the induction process with them, including reference checks and licence checks in preparation for audits.
2. Advertising and sourcing drivers through job boards.
3. Dealing with clients – filling bookings and meeting client requirements.
4. Creating costings for drivers' hours and time sheet processing.
5. Assisting in payroll duties.
6. System management and credit checks.
7. General administration duties.
8. Being on call 24/7 to fill bookings at any point throughout the day or night when necessary.
9. Dealing with any issues that occur on a day-to-day basis.
10. Data entry.
11. Assisting other consultants throughout the business during peak times.
12. General compliance.
13. Client ring rounds.
The salary for this role is between £24k and £28k per year, negotiable dependent on experience.
The working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, based in Leeds City Centre.
