The Cook organizes and prepares hot food items forbreakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients/residents and staff. The Cook isresponsible for next day production for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and supervises kitchen staff in the absence of the Food Service GM, Chef, Dietician and Diet Tech on duty.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and HACCP
