Manufacturing Engineer

iO Associates is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to work with a leading provider of high-tech electromechanical systems for the semiconductor industry.
You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Systems Team Lead, joining a team of manufacturing engineers in a manual assembly production facility, with products involving a mix of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly. You will be responsible for the manufacturing system within the allocated manufacturing cell.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document, implement, own, and continuously improve the manufacturing cell.
2. Implement and maintain risk assessments for the allocated manufacturing cell.
3. Eliminate routing and material variances within the allocated manufacturing cell.
4. Ensure configuration control of operational documentation in compliance with current regulations in terms of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Skills:
1. Equivalent experience in a comparable role (3-5 years).
2. Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
3. Familiarity with continuous improvement, 5S, lean, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, RCA, PFMEA.
4. Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
5. Technical knowledge including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics.
