Responsibilities
:
1. Assist in the preparation and management of cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows
2. Assist with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
3. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and monitor cost control
4. Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure accurate project forecasting
5. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender packages
6. Support the Quantity Surveyor in contract administration and commercial management
Requirements:
7. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building regulations
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Excel and project management tools
11. Effective communication and negotiation abilities
12. Proactive attitude and a high level of attention to detail
