An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a site in Ipswich, IP1 area.

Hours: On average 40 hours per week, Night shifts as per site rota, 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday, 20:00 - 06:00.
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour.

Person specification:
* Valid SIA Licence.
* Full five-year checkable employment history.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good judgment and professionalism.
* Physically and medically fit.
* Smart appearance.
* Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.
* 2–5 years’ experience is advantageous.
* Ability to coordinate with emergency services.
* Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities:
* Engage effectively with clients and visitors.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
* Manage collection and distribution of flat keys.
* Complete void register.
* Participate in duty of care register and respond to concerns.
* Maintain security through hourly patrols, CCTV monitoring, and recording movements.
* Conduct visual inspections for health and safety, including fire procedures.
* Report out-of-hours emergency repairs.
* Maintain health and safety standards in the office environment.
* Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
* Complete concierge checklists, record relevant information, and handover to day shift staff.
* Complete incident reports as needed.
* Report significant client issues to on-call staff or supervisors.
* Undertake relevant training as required.
* Observe confidentiality policies.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Understanding of health & safety issues in residential buildings.
* Non-judgmental attitude towards clients, including challenging behavior.
* Effective communication skills, clear and concise writing.
* Teamwork: considerate, supportive, flexible, responsible.
* Customer focus: building positive relationships across backgrounds.
* Flexibility in responsibilities and working hours.
