As an onsite Training Coordinator you will need to ensure all employees are effectively and legally compliant to perform their role at site. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of new training documentation, processes for training and administration involved for this. There will be some delivery involved. The role will require you to consistently work within policies and processes.
As an individual you will need to be proactive, manage your time and prioritise effectively and be able to adapt to a changing environment. You will be able to build relationships quickly at different levels on site and with external providers. You will require a minimum standard of computer skills and intermediate skill level of Microsoft office excel and word.

What will you be doing?
* Organise and manage all training courses, including booking venues, scheduling dates, sending communications, monitoring attendance, and managing training records via the LMS system.
* Oversee onboarding processes for new starters and ensure they receive required training and documentation, while supporting smooth transitions for employees into new roles or transfers.
* Maintain accurate training records, monitor compliance with training schedules, and ensure all required training and refreshers are completed on time.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to provide training updates, manage training resources and equipment, and act as the primary point of contact for all training-related queries.
* Support the L&D Manager in creating, implementing, and maintaining the site training plan, training matrices, and communication strategies to ensure employees meet compliance and operational skill requirements.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
1. Relevant education, such as a degree or A levels, with CIPD Level 3 preferred.
2. Experience in a fast-paced environment with line management experience and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
3. IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
