Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional looking to make a real impact? Our client is on the hunt for a Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team! Your primary mission: to support the Office and Sales team, especially the National Managers, by reducing administrative burdens and ensuring seamless operations.

* Be the Backbone: Provide essential administrative support for sales and country managers, including travel coordination and key meetings.
* Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the primary contact for our central phone line and assist the Business Support Manager as needed.
* Be Organized: Maintain contact databases, planning calendars, and handle the logistics of product sample distribution.
* Be Financially Savvy: Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice reconciliations. Generate end-of-month reports and assist with budget preparation.
* Be a Customer Hero: Handle non-technical product/service calls and process customer orders through to respective wholesalers/E-store.
What We're Looking For:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or database maintenance is a plus.
* Expert-level Excel skills for formatting and creating spreadsheets.
* Knowledge of SAP applications preferred.
* Experience in data analysis and visualization is advantageous.
* Team player with experience in small team environments.
* Previous experience in sales administrative roles is a bonus.
* Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred.
Professional Relationships: You'll collaborate closely with UK-based head office staff, sales managers, key account managers, and the retail and medical sales teams.
