Customer Team Member
Location: Highdown Way, Blunsdon St Andrew, Swindon, SN25 4FD
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 11pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services.
* Get involved in local community activities and events.
